Meet Holt Homes, the Sixth Builder at Reed’s Crossing
With homes near Intel and Nike’s Hillsboro campuses in high demand, we are thrilled to announce that popular local builder Holt Homes has joined our new-construction community in South Hillsboro as the sixth builder at Reed’s Crossing. The Pacific Northwest’s largest locally-grown home builder for over three decades, Holt Homes brings a mix of experience, efficiency, and livability to their unique designs. Broadening the homebuying options at Reed’s Crossing, the addition of Holt Homes expands our commitment to helping Oregonians live their best lives in a community built around the progressive design movement known as New Urbanism.
“Our purpose is to create better places to live in the Pacific Northwest,” said Diana Lal at Holt Homes. “We believe that a home built right has four ingredients: good land, good people, good service, and good value. We’re excited to be joining a community that offers all four.”
Along with new homes for the growing South Hillsboro population, Reed’s Crossing features a network of parks, paths, and green spaces designed to bring environmental balance to the community, as well as a lush, 23-acre Greenway that runs through the center of the neighborhood. Future developments will include 55+ living options, a brand-new store from beloved grocer Market of Choice, and a bustling Town Center that will be less than a mile from every home in Reed’s Crossing.
“Holt Homes has a storied history in the PNW, and their mission aligns beautifully with the Reed’s Crossing ethos,” said Marita Benedict, Marketing Director for Land & Housing at Reed’s Crossing. “We are excited to see the variety they will bring to the community, helping increase options for homebuyers in the area.”
A multi-award winner at the popular Street of Dreams event, including Best in Show, People’s Choice, Best Kitchen, Best Floor Plan, and Affordable Living, Holt Homes offers dozens of floor plans, from single-family homes to townhomes and more. The new homes will be built to Earth Advantage Silver or equivalent certification and – thanks to design studios that work with you to select your perfect finishes – building a home with Holt means supporting local manufacturers, tradesmen, and suppliers.
Holt Homes is the sixth builder to join Reed’s Crossing, along with David Weekley, Ichijo, Lennar, Richmond American, Stone Bridge Homes NW, and Holland Partner Group.
