First Friday Firepit Nights
Kick off the weekend by gathering around the community’s firepits for warm conversation and classic s’mores. Held on the first Friday of almost every month, it’s a relaxed way to unwind, connect with neighbors, and enjoy the outdoors together.
New Resident Orientations – NEW FOR 2026
New to the neighborhood? This quarterly event is designed to help new homebuyers get settled, learn about community amenities, meet their neighbors, and get to know their friendly HOA team. It’s the perfect first step to feeling at home.
Field Day & Multi-Cultural Day – NEW FOR 2026
An energetic day filled with games, activities, and cultural experiences from around the world, held in one of the beloved parks of Reed’s Crossing! This celebration brings neighbors together to enjoy the diverse traditions that make our community unique.
Scavenger Hunt
Explore the community in a whole new way as you solve clues, spot hidden details, and race toward the finish. Designed to spark curiosity and collaboration, this activity turns familiar spaces into a playful adventure for all ages.

Hillsboro Farmers’ Market
Shop fresh, local goods right in the heart of the community. With booths selling everything from produce and flowers to sweets and cocktails, the farmers’ market is a great way to support local and enjoy the simple pleasures in life.
Welcome Spring
Swing into spring with festive activities, seasonal fun, and smiles for all ages—a perfect chance to welcome the sun back after a long PNW winter.
Seed Exchanges
Swap seeds, share growing tips, and kick off the season with your fellow gardeners. This biannual event is a great chance to connect over a shared love of plants while setting the stage for a greener community.
Community Garage Sales
Turn clutter into treasure during our community-wide garage sale. Twice a year, stroll through the neighborhood to discover one-of-a-kind finds, from gently used favorites to unexpected treasures.
Plant One On Us
Bring your seeds, starts, and questions and receive expert advice. Held twice annually, this is an opportunity for gardeners of all skill sets to get help, view hands-on demonstrations, and share tips and tricks for a successful garden.

Last Friday Flix
Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy a movie night under the stars. For four laid-back nights in summer, enjoy a mix of classic and new films perfect for families, friends, and anyone who loves a cozy outdoor evening.
Yoga in the Park
Unwind and recharge with an outdoor class designed for all experience levels. Held weekly from April through October and set against a peaceful green space, this session offers a refreshing way to move, breathe, and connect with neighbors.
Community Game Nights
Laugh, play, and unwind during summer evenings with classic games and friendly competition. With a food truck on site, it’s an easy excuse to grab a bite, try something new, and enjoy a night out close to home.
Fourth of July Parade
Celebrate the holiday as the neighborhood comes alive with red, white, and blue spirit. Neighbors of all ages take to the streets to cheer, wave flags, and enjoy one of the most popular summer traditions.
India Independence Day Celebration
Honor India’s Independence Day with an event full of culture, color, and community. Music, traditions, and shared experiences create a meaningful opportunity to learn, connect, and celebrate together.

Harvest Potluck
Share a favorite dish created with food grown in the Community Garden, and enjoy a meal made even better by good company. Seasonal flavors and shared stories come together for an event that feels welcoming, relaxed, and truly neighborly.
Oktoberfest
Raise a stein and celebrate the season with festive flavors and community cheer. Laughter, music, and camaraderie fill the air, making it a favorite fall tradition for all ages.
Halloween Home Decorating Contest – NEW FOR 2026
Spooky season takes over! Residents go all out to transform their homes, and the contest is a highlight of the season that brings everyone together to get creative.
Halloween Costume Parade
Dress up and join the fun as costumes of all kinds take center stage. This is a favorite for families in the community, a perfect excuse to dress up your pets, and a highlight of fall at Reed’s Crossing!

Run with Reed’s 5K
Whether you walk, run, jog, or wheel, this event encourages movement of all kinds. It’s a feel-good way to stay active and support the community.
Winter Holiday Lighting Contest
The neighborhood starts to glow as residents showcase their creativity with twinkling lights and festive displays. Stroll the streets and enjoy the sparkle, holiday cheer, and sense of joy that shines during the holidays.
Jingle and Mingle with Santa
Snap a photo with Santa and nosh on free donuts, chai, and hot chocolate from local favorite Pip’s Original! Families gather to make memories, share smiles, and enjoy the magic of the season together.
