At Reed’s Crossing, we believe that friends and family come in all shapes and sizes, and often have fur.
Bringing your pet to Reed’s Crossing? Maybe you’re thinking about getting one when you get here. Whatever you decide, Reed’s Crossing is a community that’s sure to make them happy. First of all, there is an expansive network of sidewalks within the community that are perfect for casual walks—but they don’t come at the expense of large areas of open space. There’s also the Reed’s Crossing Greenway, which features a trail system that gives you the perfect place for a long walk or a run with the family. And there are plenty of stops along the way to meet new friends—we’ll even supply the doggy bags at stations along the trail. We’ll also be hosting pet-oriented events, and finding other ways to celebrate the dogs, cats, birds, fish, and other animals that call Reed’s Crossing home.
Living in Hillsboro means having a variety of great places for pets to explore. Nearby parks have miles of forested pathways to stroll down (so many smells!). And it’s just a short drive to Hondo Dog Park, with large off-leash areas—enough room to really get going—and dog-friendly play structures. What’s more, Oregon beaches, as close as just 70 miles away, allow dogs to freely run and play. Is there anything better than the feeling of sand in your paws while you chase down a frisbee?
